Subnautica 2 2026’ya Ertelendi

Subnautica 2 has been delayed following the dissolution of the board of directors, and an early access version of the game has been announced for 2026. Developer Unknown Worlds had to say goodbye to Subnautica designer and director Charlie Cleveland, CEO Ted Gill and co-founder Max McGuire last week.

According to publisher Krafton's statement, this postponement decision was taken to provide players with the best quality and experience that can be offered. The PUBG studio said that there was no decision related to contracts or financial situations, and that the decision was taken before the recent board change.

Why Subnautica 2 was Postponed

Krafton's statements, of course, did not satisfy the fans. In particular, the studio's decision to lay off the developer Unknown Worlds team, months before the studio was to make a total bonus payment of 250 million dollars, shows that the problem is on Krafton's side. This bonus payment was to be paid to Unknown Worlds if they earned Krafton a certain profit. However, the postponement of Subnautica 2 to 2026 made this goal impossible and Krafton's bonus payment was also shelved.
