Paramount’s Call of Duty Movie Officially Confirmed
Paramount and Activision will make a Call of Duty movie.

Developer Activision Blizzard and production company Paramount have agreed to make a Call of Duty movie. Under the agreement that will bring the series to the world of cinema, Paramount will have the right to develop, produce, and distribute a film adapted from the game.
The CoD series, which has included more than 30 main games since its first release in 2003, will this time be presented to fans as a feature-length film starring famous actors. According to a report by Variety, although the content of the agreement focuses on the making of a single Call of Duty movie, Paramount also has the potential to expand the CoD universe into series and films.
About the Call of Duty Movie
It has not yet been finalized which game in the series the Call of Duty movie will focus on or what kind of story it will tell. However, we predict we will watch an action and adventure film full of conflict, befitting the essence of the series. The executives of Paramount and Activision who signed the contract are also speaking very positively about the film.

Following the signing of the contract, Paramount's president and CEO, David Ellison, made the following statement about the project:
“I’ve been a ‘Call of Duty’ fan my whole life, it’s literally a dream come true. I’ve definitely spent countless hours playing this series that I love, from the first Allied battles in the original ‘Call of Duty’ to ‘Modern Warfare’ and ‘Black Ops’. To be entrusted by Activision and players around the world with the task of bringing this extraordinary story universe to the big screen is both an honor and a responsibility that we do not take lightly.”
Activision President Rob Kostich used the following words:
“Throughout its history, ‘Call of Duty’ has captured our imaginations with its incredible action, and intense stories that bring together millions of people from all over the world, and our strong focus on making ‘Call of Duty’ games continues unabated. Paramount is a great partner with whom we will work to bring this instinctive and breathtaking action to the big screen in a cinematic milestone. The film will honor and enhance the features that have made this series great from the very beginning. We can't wait to get started.”
In this period where game adaptations are extremely popular, we hope to watch a film that is faithful to the original series. As you know, we also have Mortal Kombat 2 and Return to Silent Hill, along with yet-to-be-named Elden Ring, Legend of Zelda, Street Fighter, and Resident Evil films. Let's see if the Call of Duty movie will be able to meet expectations?
