About Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater
If we compare the success of Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater with other games in the series, the last game, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, sold 6 million copies in about 3 months. So, we can say that the new game has had a more modest start.
Developed as a remake of the 2004 game Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Delta Snake Eater preserves the fundamentals of the original while offering next-generation graphics and gameplay mechanics. Set in 1964, the game follows Naked Snake on a journey to rescue a key Soviet scientist, neutralize the nuclear-armed Shagohod, and confront his mentor, The Boss.
